YUCK. disgusting. as much as i propel myself off the ground, the ball still fails to clear the 10-footer line the majority of the time, especially when it’s high reps.

breathing was a little difficult tonight, and i feel like i’m out of crossfit shape. it’s amazing how losing your consistency in a matter of one to two weeks could make the world’s difference in how you perform.. which really speaks to how being healthy and physically fit requires more than just a week, a month, or even a year’s worth of work. it’s not anything like a fad diet or the latest trend. there is nothing temporary about it. if you seek wellness, strength, and longevity in life, it requires an indisputable amount of dedication where a lifestyle change becomes a necessity.

i’ve made my change and i’m never looking back.
