6 Power Cleans (135/95lbs)
30 Double Unders
6 Front Squats (135/95lbs)
30 Sit-up (abmat)s

results:
13:34 (85lbs)

this was a fun one. next time i’ll try 95, but it might take me 20 minutes.

going to play some tennis later. i’m excited! but i’m not looking forward to chasing all the balls i’ll be launching over the fence.
