some more lifting

A.
Three sets for speed and efficiency, rest as needed between movements:
Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups x 8-10 reps
Burpees x 8-10 reps
Handstand Push-Ups x 6-12 reps

B.
Take 15-20 minutes to build to a heavy Snatch

C.
Take 15 minutes to build to a heavy Clean & Jerk

D.
Three sets of:
Front Squat x 2 reps @ 90% of your 1-RM

results:
8 CTB pull-ups, 10 burpees, 5-4-3 HSPUs

snatch 85lbs

C&J 110lbs

front squat (accidentally built up to 90% rather than doing 3 sets @ 90%)

i was really, really itching to hop in on the regular crossfit class and do a metcon, but it’s probably best that i didn’t after lifting for an hour and a half. i’m hoping tomorrow morning’s workout will kick my ass.

i learned today that i’ve been doing HSPUs wrong this whole time, and no one has corrected me until now which is extremely frustrating. crossfitting for almost two years now, so i’ve gotten used to doing it the wrong way. now i need to start all over from not being able to do a single one. GRRRRR!!
