in the past two sessions, sean has been encouraging me to go up in weight, particularly in the snatch and clean. i’m glad to have finally gotten over the training period of drill after drill after drill. i couldn’t be more thankful to have been put through that though because they were absolutely necessary. although i still have a lot more to work on, the boost in confidence, even in the tiniest amount, can really go a long way.
