crossfit is:

chalk on your tape deck and steering wheel.
the right for a guy to say ‘you’ve got a nice snatch’ to a chick without getting slapped.
the only time when a girl is proud to be called ‘a beast’. 
every workout you didn’t imagine.
taking that one more step when you thought your last step was really the last.
the butterflies before getting owned by a WOD.
blood on the dance floor. more like, gym floor.
slugging your prick of a boss in the face.
your blood, sweat, and tears.
your right to feel bad ass.
your right to be bad ass.
saying ‘i love thrusters’ without thinking twice about the sexual innuendo.
the devil incarnate, in a good way.
pushing yourself beyond your limit, and then some.
looking death in the eye and spitting in its face.
bad-assery.

crossfit? it’s a lifestyle.
